The watercolor effect on this card was created using Stampin’ Up! Clear-Mount Blocks and Stampin’ Write Markers. I used the Secret Garden stamp set – one of my fav’s that is retiring but is available through June 1st while supplies last. See the video below for this technique’s “how to”.
